After decades of suppressing wildfires throughout the U.S., there are efforts to restore fire to the landscape in safe and effective ways. TREX, or Training Exchanges, are held each fall and bring people and agencies together to collaborate and get fire back on the land to restore one of nature's most fundamental processes.
